FRENCH TOAST BAKE
Who doesn’t love the smell of cinnamon-goodness coming out from the oven? Prepare this French toast bake the night before, so it is ready to be put in the oven 1 hour before your guests come and are ready to eat. Simple recipe, but will taste sooo good in our Crystalia rectangle oven-safe glass baking dish

▪ Slice 1 loaf of sourdough into cubes and distribute evenly in a greased 16 inch x 11 inch glass, oven-safe pan 
▪ In a bowl, mix together 8 eggs, 2 cups of milk, ½ cup of heavy cream, ¾ cup sugar, and 1 Tbsp vanilla. After it is well mixed, pour over bread.
▪ Cover your bread mixture with saran wrap and put in refrigerator overnight.
▪ Next, mix together ½ cup flour, ½ cup brown sugar and ¼ tsp salt
▪ Mix ½ cup of cold butter in pieces until mixture is a crumbly consistency. Put in plastic storage bag and put in refrigerator overnight
▪ When ready to bake, take bread mixture and topping mixture out of the refrigerator and sprinkle the toppings over the bread.
▪ Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes to 1 hour in our oven-safe, food-safe glass baking dish
▪ Take out and put it directly on the table to serve
     What you will need:
    ▪ 1 loaf sourdough
    ▪ 8 eggs
    ▪ 2 cups of milk
    ▪ ½ cup heavy cream
    ▪ ¾ cup sugar
    ▪ 1 tbsp vanilla
    ▪ ½ cup flour
    ▪ ½ cup brown sugar
    ▪ ¼ tsp salt
    ▪ ½ cup of cold butter

      EGG CASSEROLE
      No brunch is complete without an egg casserole. Another easy dish that will fill up your guests and taste oh so yummy in our larger square glass baking dish.

      ▪ Preheat oven to 375 F
      ▪ Chop cooked ham into cubes, enough for 2 cups.
      ▪ Tear 6 slices of bread into small pieces
      ▪ Mix bread, 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, and ham together. ▪ Once mixed, spread evenly in our 11.5 inch x 12.5 inch, durable square oven baking dish  ▪ In a bowl, beat 6 eggs and add 2 cups of milk, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp dry ground mustard, mix well.
      ▪ Pour liquid mixture over the bread, cheese and ham in our casserole dish.
      ▪ Bake at 375 F for 40 minutes, take out of oven and place directly on table for your guests to devour.




      What you will need:
      ▪ 2 cups cubed ham
      ▪ 6 slices of bread
      ▪ 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
      ▪ 6 eggs
      ▪ 2 cups of milk
      ▪ 1 tsp salt
      ▪ 1 tsp dry ground mustard powder


      HASH BROWN CASSEROLE
      Yep, we said it. Potatoes and cheese. Do we need to say anything more? Using our crystal-clear glass baking dish, you and your guests will have a 360-degree view of this heavenly hash brown casserole.

       Preheat oven to 350 F
      In large bowl add 3 cups frozen cubed potatoes, thawed at room temperature, 1 (15 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup, 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 tsp salt, and ½ tsp garlic powder and mix until well combined
      ▪ Crush 2 cups of corn flake cereal in a plastic storage bag and pour the crushed corn flakes into a small bowl and add ¼ cup melted butter and stir.
      ▪ Cover the potato mixture with the cornflakes and bake uncovered for 35 minutes
      ▪ Dazzle your guests by putting the oven-safe baking dish hot from the oven on your table and serve


      What you will need:
      ▪ 3 cups frozen cubed potatoes- thawed at room temperature for at least 30 minutes
      ▪ 1 (15 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
      ▪ 1 cup sour cream
      ▪ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
      ▪ 1 teaspoon salt
      ▪ ½ teaspoon garlic powder
      ▪ 2 cups corn flakes cereal
      ▪ 1.4 cup butter melted


      DEVILED EGGS
      Ah yes, deviled eggs. Simple addition to your brunch table, but why not step it up a notch and make them more festive for Easter using pastel food coloring for the egg white shell of the deviled egg. Serve on our premium glass mini serving platter  to make your table look luxurious.

      ▪ Boil 12 eggs in a large saucepan
      ▪ Once boiled, rinse eggs under cold water and peel the shell
      ▪ Cut eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out yolks into separate bowl
      ▪ Stir food coloring into cups of water and add 1 tsp vinegar
      ▪ Gently place boiled and cut egg whites into the colored water and let them soak for at least 10 minutes, remove after 10 minutes and pat dry with paper towels
      ▪ Add ½ cup mayonnaise, 1 tsp white wine vinegar, 2 tsp yellow mustard and a pinch of salt and pepper to bowl with egg yolks and mix well
      ▪ Put mixture in a large plastic storage bag and cut tip of bag off to pipe the egg mixture into the colored egg white shells

      STRAWBERRY BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE

                      Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

      In a food processor or blender, put 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, ▪ 4 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, and 4 large strawberries with top cut off and sliced 
      ▪ 
      Blend until smooth, adding salt and pepper to taste

      What you will need:
      ▪ 2 Tbsp honey
      ▪ 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

      ▪ 4 large strawberries
      ▪ Salt and pepper to taste


      HOMEMADE ICE CREAM

      ▪ Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour
