RETURN POLICY

You can return any item purchased on CrystaliaUSA within 30 days of the delivery date. Please contact us if there is anything we can do without you needing to return the item. We have a "no questions asked return policy" and we guarantee that you will be satisfied with our products or you will get your money back.

Who is Crystalia USA?
Crystalia USA is a native California-based manufacturer and distributor of stylish and sturdy premium glassware, manufactured by us at our European facility. We offer a healthier and more environmentally friendly user experience than single-use plastic products. Our products are made with non-toxic, lead-free and BPA-free materials, and our manufacturing practices are in strict adherence to the stringent European manufacturing guidelines. We pride ourselves on our growing product line. From our best-selling standard glassware, to our handcrafted Turkish copper coffee pots, we combine variety, style, and affordability, with an efficient and relaxed buying experience. 

For Crystalia, quality products and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. But our glassware is much more than fashionable and functional. It is made with consideration of our company goal of sustainable and ethical practices. We strive to reduce our carbon footprint in all aspects of our production, and work with the principle of transparency from inception to consumption. 


What are Crystalia’s product goals and manufacturing practices?

Do Crystalia products contain Bisphenol A, (BPA)?
We care about the health of our consumers and our planet. All our drinkware products are non-toxic, lead-free and BPA-free. 

Can I use my glass drinkware right away?
We produce our non-toxic products under hygienic conditions, but always recommend an initial wash before use. All our glassware is dishwasher safe. We look to our customers to help make us better.

Where can I buy Crystalia?
Currently our products are available on our website at, crystaliausa.com, and on Amazon, Walmart, Etsy.

Is the glass breakable?
Crystalia products are designed to be durable, and we take every precaution to ensure your products are not damaged during the delivery process. But, as with all glass products, our products too can break as a result of an accident or mishandling. Click to learn about our packaging process.

What if I have a problem using my coupon?

What are your warranty and return policies?
We have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. All products are returnable within 30 days of the item's delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once return approval has been received, your product must be returned within 14 days. Please e-mail us at customercare@crystaliausa.com, BEFORE sending in your return. If you have any concerns about the quality of your product, please contact us. We'll be happy to help you.

Can I order custom drinkware?
Currently we do not take custom orders. Sign up for our e-mail newsletter and be the first to know when we do. 

Can I wash my Crystalia products in the dishwasher?
All our glass products are dishwasher safe. Some products, such as our copper items, are more suitable for hand washing. For product longevity and for the best performance, please read the instructions included in the box carefully before use. 

How do I clean Crystalia copper products?
Crystalia copper products are easy to care for. Use a mild soap and a soft dishcloth or sponge to avoid scratches, then rinse. Dry well after each washing to prevent oxidation. Never use abrasive cleaning agents such as scouring pads or metal scrapers on your copper pots as they will damage the surface. To polish our copper products, pour vinegar over the surface and add a spoonful of cooking salt and rub it over any stained areas. Dry with a clean and lint-free cloth. 

Why is the copper coffee pot tin plated?
Tinned copper containers are not affected by the air and therefore do not oxidize. This also protects them against any corrosion from chemicals. 

What is the benefit of making coffee in one of our copper pots?

Copper coffee pots are wonderful conductors of heat. When made with soft water, the coffee will come out foamier for a better taste experience.
