* Do not wash in the dishwasher.
* Clean with a dry cloth.
* You can clean the inner mechanism by grinding uncooked rice.
* Air cleaning: Unscrew the screws and take out the inside, you can blow air into the grinder with a hair dryer, or you can clean the inside with the help of a brush. After removing the screws, you may need to tap it in order to remove the inside.

The pepper grinder is made out of food-safe metal. Please note that this grinder is not dishwasher safe. You should hand wash and dry it off with a paper towel.
